Shipping & Turnaround

Postnet offers 3 - 5 working days

Courier Service offers 2 - 3 working days

Collection via prior arrangement Cape Town customers only 

We ship all paid orders three times per week - Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

All orders placed and paid for on a Friday before midday (12h00) will be shipped the same day - those placed and paid for after 12h00 will be shipped on the following Monday. 

Order Tracking

You will be provided with a tracking number as soon as your order is ready to be delivered. 

Shipping Rates
Postnet services for all orders under 5kg Courier Bag sized. Rates 0.1 - 5kg = R120
Courier door-to-door all orders Rates 0.1 - 5kg = R175; 5.1 - 10kg R17/kg; 10.1 - 20kg R15/kg; 20 - 50kg R10/kg

Back Orders 
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
