Damaged or Defective Goods
- Refuse shipment– If an item is visibly damaged upon receipt DO not except the item from the courier. The item will be returned and replaced within seven (7) working days.
- Returning a damaged or defective item— If an item is damaged or defective return to Everyday Sport at 23 Sunbird Circle, Kommetjie, 7975. Item must be returned in original packaging. Customer will not be charged for return. Before returning the item/s please contact customer care to confirm return.
- Notification of damaged item– Keep item in original packaging. Notify us within 24hours of the incident. We will immediately arrange for a replacement.
- Contact customer service– The incident can be reported by either calling Dean at customer care 082 444 4745 or using the Contact page or using the Returns link at the footer of the Everyday Sport website (http://www.everydaysport.co.za)
Other than “Defected” or “Damaged” goods, Everyday Sport shall not except any items returned due to dislike.
